Presence is simply the ability to connect with and inspire others.

It’s essential for creating and building trusting relationships, and helping you keep your finger on the pulse of what’s really happening in your organisation.

It needs to sit at the heart of every word you speak – if you want to make an impact, and a difference. It’s evident in how you speak in all sorts of arenas, including conversations, meetings and presentations.

It enables you to communicate authentically and behave with purpose and power.

I work with small groups, and one-on-one with aspiring and senior leaders.

I’m passionate about helping women develop their power and leadership. With gender diversity identified as one of the biggest challenges for organisations in the next five years, helping women develop a stronger presence is vital. I tailor programs specifically for women, to help them move past limiting beliefs and roadblocks, and master their leadership presence.
