Terms, Conditions and Refund Policy

The Radiant Heart retreat is an intimate experience. Every registration is a commitment – not only to yourself but to the group and me as your facilitator.

When you say yes and pay your deposit, I begin preparing for you: paying for accommodation and vendors, and buying materials for our activities together. Because of the nature of small scale, high touch retreats, each cancellation has a significant impact.

The following policy is designed to protect your investment and the sustainability and integrity of my work.

Payment Terms

Your deposit is non-refundable. Full payment is due by 29 May 2027.

You are welcome to pay the balance in instalments as long as the total amount due is received by the due date. If you book after the cut-off date your payment will be required in full.

Cancellations

These terms allow me to operate sustainably while continuing to offer my work with great care and integrity.

If you cancel on before 28 May 2027 your payment will be refunded minus your $660 deposit. If you can find someone to fill your spot, your fee will be refunded minus a $250 administration fee.

If you cancel between 30 May 2027 and 13 June 2027 you’ll receive a 50% refund of the total paid, less the deposit.

If you cancel on or after 14 June 2027 there are no refunds available.

Travel Insurance

It is a condition of this retreat that you are covered by international travel insurance. Please organise insurance with cancellation and interruption coverage to protect your retreat investment.

This is best arranged as soon as you’ve paid your deposit. Then, if you need to cancel, you’ll be able to speak with your insurer about reimbursement.

No-shows, Late Arrivals and Early Departures

No refunds will be issued if you fail to arrive at the retreat, arrive late, or leave early for any reason. If you notify of a cancellation in advance of the retreat, the cancellation terms above will apply.

Retreat Transfers

Transfers to a future retreat are not available.

Illness During the Retreat

If you become sick while on retreat, you’ll be supported with appropriate care. No refunds will be issued once the retreat begins.

Retreat Cancellations by Wise Talk Pty Ltd

If Wise Talk cancels the retreat for any reason other than a Force Majeure event (see below) you’ll receive a full refund or credit.

Wise Talk Pty Ltd won’t be liable for any failure or delay in conducting a retreat caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: wild fires, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, public health emergencies, government travel advisories, restrictions or border closures, political instability, civil unrest, war, acts of terrorism, airline cancellations or transportation disruptions, venue unavailability, and acts of God (“Force Majeure events”).

Travel Costs

Wise Talk Pty Ltd is not responsible for any non-recoverable travel, lodging, transportation, visa or related costs incurred by you, regardless of whether a cancellation is initiated by you or by Wise Talk Pty Ltd, and regardless of the reason for the cancellation or postponement (including, without limitation, a Force Majeure event).

No Chargebacks

By registering for a retreat, you agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with any credit card issuer, bank or payment processor for any charge made under this policy. You agree that any disagreement regarding refunds will be resolved directly with Wise Talk Pty Ltd in accordance with this policy. If you initiate a chargeback in violation of this provision, you agree that Wise Talk Pty Ltd may recover the disputed amount, any chargeback fees imposed on Wise Talk Pty Ltd, and reasonable legal fees and costs incurred in connection with responding to or recovering from the chargeback.
